Understanding our terms of service for using Pecbora's platform and tools.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PECBORA website and all services provided by PECBORA PTY LTD (ACN 689 431 516) trading as PECBORA ("PECBORA", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking a service, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with PECBORA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

• Consultation Services
PECBORA reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time without notice.
4. Eligibility
Individuals under 18 years of age may only engage PECBORA's services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
PECBORA may request evidence of parental or guardian consent before providing services.
5. Quotations and Bookings
All quotations are subject to availability and remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.
A booking is not confirmed until:
(a) required payment has been received; and
(b) written confirmation has been provided by PECBORA.
PECBORA reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service fees and budgets are payable upfront.
Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:
• Furniture and décor purchases
• Supplier charges
• Utility provider charges
• Delivery fees
• Travel fees
• Urgent or express service fees
• Third-party contractor fees
Failure to make payment may result in suspension, cancellation or delay of services.
7. Travel and Additional Charges
Where applicable, travel charges may apply.
Current travel charges may include:
• $2.00 per kilometre travelled
• Urgent or express service fees
PECBORA reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
8. Property Inspection Services
PECBORA's Property Inspection service consists solely of visual observations, photographs, videos and general commentary regarding a property.
PECBORA does not provide:
• Building inspections
• Pest inspections
• Engineering assessments
• Electrical inspections
• Plumbing inspections
• Structural reports
• Compliance reports
• Real estate advice
Inspection reports and observations are provided for informational purposes only.
PECBORA does not guarantee:
• Property condition
• Structural integrity
• Compliance with regulations
• Safety standards
• Absence of defects or pests
• Future property availability
Clients should obtain independent professional advice where required.
9. Property Furnishing Services
PECBORA may source, purchase, coordinate and arrange furniture, appliances, household goods and décor items on behalf of clients.
Products are purchased using funds provided by the client.
Once products have been ordered, reserved, purchased, dispatched or delivered, supplier return policies will apply.
PECBORA does not guarantee:
• Product availability
• Product suitability
• Supplier performance
• Delivery timeframes
• Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties remain between the client and the manufacturer.
10. Interior Design Services
PECBORA provides personalised interior design concepts tailored to the client's preferences, lifestyle, budget and property requirements.
Deliverables may include:
• Mood boards
• Design concepts
• Styling recommendations
• Furniture selections
• Colour palettes
• Layout recommendations
• Product sourcing recommendations
• Design documentation
All concepts, renderings, visualisations and recommendations are artistic and conceptual in nature.
Actual products, colours, dimensions, finishes and outcomes may differ from concepts presented.
PECBORA does not guarantee aesthetic satisfaction, increases in property value, rental outcomes or commercial outcomes.
Additional implementation or site attendance services may be available for an additional fee.
11. Utility Setup Services
PECBORA is not a utility provider.
PECBORA may assist clients by presenting available provider options and coordinating service applications.
Utility providers may require personal information and supporting documentation before processing applications.
PECBORA does not guarantee:
• Provider approval
• Utility connections
• Service availability
• Connection dates
• Provider decisions
All decisions remain solely with the relevant utility provider.
12. Organisation and Decluttering Services
PECBORA may assist clients with organising, sorting, decluttering, donating, disposing of or coordinating removal of household items.
Clients remain solely responsible for deciding which items are retained, donated, discarded or removed.
PECBORA accepts no responsibility for items disposed of, donated or removed following client instructions.
13. No Guarantee of Outcomes
PECBORA provides support, coordination, recommendations and assistance services only.
PECBORA does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, approval, property availability, utility connection, supplier performance, delivery date, design outcome, aesthetic preference, rental outcome or commercial outcome.
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
14. Client Decision Responsibility
All decisions made by a client based on information, reports, photographs, videos, observations, recommendations, referrals, design concepts or other information provided by PECBORA remain solely the responsibility of the client.
PECBORA shall not be responsible for any loss, expense, damage or liability arising from decisions made by the client.
15. Third-Party Providers
PECBORA may coordinate, introduce, recommend or engage third-party providers including but not limited to:
• Movers and removalists
• Couriers
• Furniture suppliers
• Internet providers
• Utility providers
• Painters
• Electricians
• Cleaners
• Tradespeople
• Contractors
PECBORA acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator.
PECBORA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, defect, property damage, financial loss, negligence, workmanship issue or service failure caused by any third party, whether recommended, coordinated or otherwise associated with PECBORA.
Any claim relating to third-party goods or services must be pursued directly against the relevant third party.
16. Professional Advice Disclaimer
PECBORA does not provide legal, migration, taxation, accounting, financial, real estate, engineering, building, pest, electrical, plumbing or other regulated professional advice.
Any information provided by PECBORA is general in nature and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Clients should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions relating to property, finance, migration, utilities, construction or compliance matters.

While PECBORA makes reasonable efforts to ensure information on this website is accurate and current, we do not warrant that website content is complete, accurate, reliable or current.

18. Intellectual Property

19. Limitation of Liability

20. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PECBORA, its directors, employees, contractors and agents against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:
• Breach of these Terms
• Incorrect information supplied by the client
• Client negligence
• Third-party disputes
• Client decisions made using information supplied by PECBORA
21. Electronic Communications
Clients consent to receiving communications electronically, including quotations, invoices, reports, service updates, notices and contractual documents.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
22. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
PECBORA reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where:
• A client provides false or misleading information
• Required payments are not made
• A client behaves in an abusive, threatening or unlawful manner
• A client creates an unsafe working environment
• Continued provision of services may expose PECBORA to legal, operational, financial or reputational risk
23. Privacy
Collection, use and storage of personal information is governed by PECBORA's Privacy Policy.
24. Force Majeure
PECBORA shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supplier shortages, utility outages, transportation disruptions, industrial disputes, pandemics or emergencies.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, quotation, invoice, Service Agreement or other written agreement issued by PECBORA, constitute the entire agreement between PECBORA and the client.
27. Assignment
PECBORA may assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
29. Changes to These Terms
PECBORA may amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
